Enrollment

In order to enroll your child at Dynamic Life Christian School, you will need to provide us with the following

  • Complete Enrollment Packet
  • Payment of all fees (registration fee, supply fee, first week’s tuition; meal plan is optional)
  • Up to date immunization records/health form
  • Kindergarten physical
  • An original copy of the birth certificate (which we will copy for our records)

Placement

Parents and prospective students are welcome to schedule a tour to visit our school. We recommend that you come between 9:00-11:30 a.m. if you are interested in seeing instruction and activities.

Once you decide to enroll your child into our school, they will be placed in the class based on their age as of September 30th.

We will work closely together to ensure that your child has a fun, challenging experience in our school.

Supply List

You will need to send the following items to school with your child to begin the year:

  • One change of clothes (placed in a labeled bag)
  • Full-sized Backpack
  • Three-fold Resting Mat (small blanket and/or pillow is permitted)-Preschool only
  • Large bag in which to store nap items (blanket/pillow, etc.)-Preschool only
  • Gym Shoes (Students should change into gym shoes for recess.)
  • Paint Smock/Shirt
  • Two year olds who are not potty trained will need one pack of diapers and wipes per week.

    Please label as many of your child’s belongings as possible. All other school supplies are covered in the supply fee which is paid at registration.
