Pastor Elvi Rogers is the Founder and Director of Dynamic Life Christian School and a passionate advocate for Christ-centered education. A graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Early Education, Pastor Elvi spent ten years teaching in the public school system. She was honored to be appointed as Lead Teacher by principals in two separate school districts, served as summer school principal for three years, and played a key role in teacher training, staff development, and hiring processes.

Since founding the school in 2007, Pastor Elvi has faithfully led Dynamic Life. Her leadership is marked by a deep love for children and a commitment to nurturing the whole child—mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. As a mother of three, she brings both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to every aspect of the school’s mission.
